« Collectorserie » is a visual and musical works of art collection published via a contemporary technologies platform: a website and an iPhone/iPad application.

When, as an art collector or art enthusiast, you wish to buy a video art piece, you usually have to physically visit the gallery representing the artist of your choice. The gallery owner provides you with a film reel of the piece, together with a certificate of authenticity and a preview copy on DVD.
« Collectorerie », a Dalbin label initiative in partnership with Clicmobile, is an iPhone/iPad app and website; an innovative way to appreciate, collect and publish artist films, which aims at revolutionizing the way video art is purchased.
From March, 21st 2010 with the « Collectorserie » platform, purchasing video art is literally at the collectors’ fingertips. Upon digital purchase, the buyer immediately access a numbered QuickTime file to download enabling to play with the iPhone/iPad application and on a computer that can be connected to a TV screen and a video-projector. A certificate of authenticity signed by the artists is posted. Purchasing a piece is possible by credit or debit card and Paypal, via the secure payment system on collectorserie.com.
By creating this application and this website, Dalbin will revolutionize the way to promote and distribute video art. By making the purchase of numbered-edition work easier, it will significantly widen the spectrum of contemporary creation collectors.

This concept was originally developed by Alex Kummerman. The Dalbin label extended by the idea to a collection of videos by various artists, combining music and visual arts. The result of this collaboration is a new business model that embraces high-end technology, with fantastic potential for promoting contemporary creation.
Dalbin
Dalbin is an independent label for contemporary creation founded in 2003 in Paris. They produce and publish works of art, events and audiovisual content. The aim is to unite artistic energies, organize pluridisciplinary meetings of motion art and explore innovative process of creation and diffusion.
The label develops co-creation projects of visual artists and musicians. “Labland” by Pfadfinderei & Modeselektor (2004), “The Five Elements” (2005) part of the Centre Pompidou collection, "Kill The Ego" from Soundwalk to Rostarr (2008), ""Dans la tête du monstre" by François Chalet & Mathias Vetter (2009).
The label conceives, designs and produces unique events for cultural institutions and luxury houses: Lille 2004, European Capital of Culture, Nuit Blanche (2004 and 2007), Festival international Exit at MAC Créteil (2004 to 2010), Louis Vuitton (2005), Jean-Paul Gaultier (2006), Christian Dior (2007), Cartier (2008-2011), Vacheron Constantin (2009), Peugeot (2009). For the intentional Exit Festival at MAC Créteil, the Dalbin label produced from 20006 to 2008, the “Super” events with Xavier Veilhan & Sébasiten Tellier, Cyprien Gaillard & Koudlam, Turzi, Camille Henrot, Assume Vivid Astro Focus, and many more. This year, the label presented the show "Le Son du Nous" by Philippe Starck & Soundwalk on March, 19th and 20th 2010.
The label also produces artistic and documentary audiovisuel content. "Black & Light" by Kinga Kielczynska & Sylvain Chauveau (2009) has been presented in "More Madame", the first digital special edition from the Figaro Group in partnership with Chanel Jewellery.
Clicmobile
Clicmobile is an interactive mobile agency that develops and publishes smartphones applications of the iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Symbian/OVI, Windows platforms. They work with client such as Orange, Axel Springer, CLM BBDO, Philippe Starck.
